Create your workspace

Sign up in three short steps: name your workspace, create your account, and set your region.

   Open the sign-up page

   Go to the sign-up page on the main site. If you were sent a link to a teammate's workspace, that is an invitation — use Accept an invitation instead.

   Name your workspace

   Create your workspace

   Enter your business name. Your workspace address is filled in from it — the part before .crafticonnect.com that your whole team will use to sign in.

   • The address is checked as you type, so you know straight away if it is taken.
   • You can edit the address separately from the name. Keep it short and memorable — it goes on every sign-in.

   You should see: The address shows as available and the Continue button is enabled.

   Create your account

   Create your account

   This is you, the workspace owner. Enter your full name, email, a username, your phone number and a password.

   • Passwords need at least 10 characters.
   • Prefer not to make a password? Continue with Google, Microsoft or Facebook instead and skip the password fields.

   Prove your email address

   Press the button beside the email field to send a six-digit code, then type the code in. Nothing is created until the code is accepted.

   • The code works once and expires after a few minutes.
   • Not there? Check spam, then use Resend once the countdown finishes.

   You should see: The email field shows a verified mark and you can continue.

   Set your region and preferences

   Almost there

   Choose your country, currency and time zone, tell us roughly how big your team is and what you are here to do, then accept the terms.

   Create the workspace

   Press the final button. You are signed in and taken straight into the setup wizard.

   You should see: You see “Your workspace”, the first of eight setup steps, with a progress rail down the left.
